Vetafarm Scatt Mite Treatment for Birds
Vetafarm Scatt Solution for Small Birds is specially designed for treating mite infections in budgerigars, finches, canaries, and other ornamental birds. It's an effective solution for treating scaly face mite (Knemidokoptes pilae) and air sac mite (Sternostoma tracheacolum) infestations in birds.
This solution helps prevent and manage the detrimental effects of mite infections, such as the formation of lesions on the skin and tissue, keratin damage, infection of the pulmonary sacs, and respiratory stress, by eliminating the existing mites on your birds. The liquid solution is easy to apply as drops and is gentle on the delicate skin. By using this solution, you effectively treat and manage mite infestations in your birds and also protect them from potential harm.
How does Vetafarm Scatt work?
Vetafarm Scatt works by eliminating the two most commonly occurring mite infestations in birds: scaly face mites (Knemidokoptes pilae) and air sac mites (Sternostoma tracheacolum). The solution contains moxidectin, which specifically targets these mites and kills them. This also supports the good feather health of your birds, promoting their overall health and recovery.
