Revolution Plus 6-in-1 Protection for Cats
Revolution Plus Topical Solution for Cats is a broad-spectrum treatment that protects felines against six of the most common parasites for an entire month. This easy-to-use, trusted parasiticide is effective against fleas, ticks (Black-legged/Deer ticks, American dog & Gulf coast ticks), roundworms, hookworms, ear mites, and heartworms. Moreover, as fleas host tapeworms, Revolution Plus also reduces the risk of tapeworms by protecting your cat from fleas.
Revolution Plus for Cats starts killing fleas within 6 hours and interrupts the flea life cycle by killing fleas before they can lay eggs. It also helps in reducing the signs of Flea Allergy Dermatitis (FAD). Revolution Plus is suitable for cats and kittens eight weeks of age or older, weighing 2.8 pounds or greater.
How does it work?
Revolution Plus is made up of two key ingredients; Selamectin and Sarolaner. Both these ingredients are absorbed into the cat’s skin and enter its bloodstream. Selamectin kills parasites by disrupting their normal neurotransmission. Sarolaner is an acaricide and insecticide that kills parasites by increasing their nerve stimulation. The unique dual action of Revolution Plus begins eliminating fleas within 6 hours and ticks within 24 hours of administration, and fights against heartworms, intestinal worms, and ear mites effectively.
Dosage and Administration
The recommended minimum dosage is 2.7mg selamectin per pound (6mg/kg) of body weight and 0.45 mg sarolaner per pound (1mg/kg) of body weight.

How do I apply Revolution Plus to my cat?
Applying Revolution Plus to your cat is as simple as 1-2-3.
- Press the cap to puncture the seal. Remove the cap and ensure that the tip is open.
- Part the fur at the base of your cat’s neck and touch tube tip to visible skin. Squeeze tube 3 or 4 times in one spot.
- Keeping the tube squeezed, glide it along the skin and away from the liquid, and then lift off. Ensure the tube is empty before throwing it out.
What are the side effects of Revolution Plus for Cats?
The most common side effects reported in clinical trials were temporary loss of appetite and drowsiness. No side effects were noted when Revolution Plus was used along with commonly used veterinary products.
