What are your shipping charges?
We have a free shipping policy under which we do not charge money for shipping our products. However, we also offer Tracked Shipping at a small charge of $6.49.
How long do you take to dispatch an order?
We dispatch the order on the same day of receiving it with the exception of holidays. Orders received on holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
How long do you take to deliver the order?
We make it a point to deliver the orders within 10-15 working days. In addition, if the order does not reach the destination within 30 days then we either reship the order or make a full refund, whatever is the choice of the customer.
However, we do not reship or refund the amount if the address provided is inaccurate and incomplete.
P.S: The orders outside the USA will take up to 3 to 4 weeks to be delivered.
Will I get any notification about my order?

Is it possible to return order in case of any issue?

We will be sending you Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return address. On receiving these two, you can send us the products. Please make sure that the product package should be unopened.
In case of any issue with the order, will I get a refund?
If the order does not reach you within 30 days of placing it then you will get full refund without any delays. Again, you will be entitled for a full refund on returning unopened products. The mode of refund will be same as the mode of payment.
How long will it take to get a refund?

How can I change an already placed order?
Kindly note that we will be able change an order only if we get an order change request before the order is dispatched.
You can check the order status on our site. If it displays “SHIPPED” or “DISPENSED” then we will not be able to change the order as the shipment has already been made and the parcel would be with the postal department.

Why am I charged with “Cash Advance Fee” or “International Transaction Fee” when I make payment to you?
These charges are issued by the bank that issued your credit card. Not all banks follow this process but a few of them does. Unfortunately, your bank is one of them. They charge 1% or 2% extra on the transactions that are registered as international transactions. Our bank or we have no control over these charges.
Kindly contact your bank and ask them about these charges. If they are imposing such extra charges then you can order from another card. As our product prices are nominal, such charges would not hamper your savings. Please note that since we have nothing to do with these charges we will not refund such bank transaction charges.
